FAQs
What is an intimate moisturiser?
An intimate moisturiser is a specially formulated cream or ointment designed to help maintain hydration and comfort in the genital area. Using it regularly provides the best results. Find out more about intimate moisturisers in our blog posts.
Is this a lubricant?
This is not a lubricant.
A lubricant is used to provide temporary relief during sexual activity, making intercourse more comfortable by reducing friction. It is typically designed to be used just before or during sexual activity.
Intimate moisturisers are focused on hydration, and lubricants provide short relief during intimacy.
Can I use this with condoms?
The OV should not be used with condoms. The oils in the formulation may weaken the material of the condom causing it to break.
How often do I use The OV Intimate Moisturiser?
We suggest at least three times a week, but it can be used daily.
How do I store The OV?
Store at or below 30 degrees Celsius.
How do I patch test?
