Shipping policy


At Kira Collective, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. 

Domestic Shipping 

We currently ship within Australia from our website. 

For international orders, please contact us at hello@kiracollective.com.au 

Order Processing 

All orders are dispatched within 7 business days of purchase. 

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Shipping Options 

  • Free standard shipping for purchase orders over $69 for Australian metro locations (Syd, Bris, Melb, Adel, Perth). Please contact us if you are unsure if your address qualifies.

  • Standard Shipping: Sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10.99 for up to 3 items. Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 3–5 business days, but may take longer for regional or remote areas.

  • Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $15.99 for up to 3 items. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch, but may take longer for regional or remote areas. 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather.

Delivery Conditions 

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. 

If you request that your parcel be left unattended (Authority to Leave), you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Kira Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft. 

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an additional delivery fee will apply to resend the parcel.
