Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within Australia from our website.
We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 7 business days of purchase.
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Product discounts do not apply to shipping.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10.99 for up to 10 items. Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 3–5 business days, but may take longer for regional or remote areas.
- Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $15.99 for up to 10 items. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch, but may take longer for regional or remote areas.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather.

Delivery Conditions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.
If you request that your parcel be left unattended (Authority to Leave), you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Kira Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an additional delivery fee will apply to resend the parcel.
