If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
Please note that due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds for change of mind or in circumstances that are not covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
